Please place your order on the website first and include a copy of your order with your shocks. Please only ship in a box or crate large enough for shocks to be returned fully expanded. (Shocks will return fully extended and pressurized). You are responsible for packaging and shipping to us. Please ship shocks BARE WITHOUT SPRINGS.
We will reuse your packaging to send them back, unless it is damaged or shocks will not fit. We recommend shipping in a heavy-duty box WITHOUT SPRINGS AND ACCESORIES. Please wrap each shock individually to prevent damage to shock bodies/shafts and place thick cardboard, plastic, etc. over the ends of front shafts to prevent them from piercing through the box. Secure with Gorilla tape, duct tape, or any HD tape all the way around the box, on all sides. We Recommend FedEx for shipping. Please ship shocks WITHOUT SPRINGS.
*Keep all shock accessories like springs, retainers, front cap covers and spring isolators* You will reuse yours. If you need these, please let us know.
